As a graduate of the University of Central Florida and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh I have both knowledge and expertise in selling and design. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, a degree in Residential Planning, and I am an Accredited Home-Staging Specialist. My background in these design fields has advanced my ability to sell in the realm of residential real estate.

As a native Floridian and resident of Downtown Orlando I understand the growing needs for homeowners in the Central Florida home market and specifically the Downtown market. I enjoy walking my two Italian Greyhounds around Lake Eola and taking them to the dogpark. I love to show potential new residents about all the fabulous developments of Downtown Orlando and am proud to be a part of this growing city.

Jeanette is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and Orlando Regional Realtor Association and has certifications as an EcoBroker® and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).  She earned a Master’s Degree in Management from Troy State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida (UCF).

Jeanette’s love for Orlando began with childhood visits to Disney World and matured as she moved to Orlando to attend UCF.  After graduation, she chose to stay in Orlando because of its mixture of classic charm with oak-shaded streets, and its metropolitan bustle with a thriving downtown scene.  It is no surprise to Jeanette that thousands of people move to Central Florida every year.
