Tech Tip for a Thursday – How Do You Search for Homes?

The Internet is the primary source for home buyers as they begin to search for a home.  In 2010, 74% of home buyers used the Internet as a source for information in their quest to buy a home.  Realtor.com is the number one site searched for homes and is a wealth of information; but there are many other sites that offer the same or similar listings.  On top of the large “brand” name sites, personal agents have websites dedicated to specific local listings and information.

So…we are curious, what site did you use when you purchased a home.  Or, what site are you currently using if you are in the market for a home?
