Tech Tip for a Thursday – We’re Getting Our Own App!

Coming in January 2013 we will have our own app where our clients can search properties from their phone.  This will be an awesome tool for the home-buyers we work with to find a home.  You will be able to easily look up a listing and get all the details from the touch a button from your phone.  You will also be able to view the map and see other listings for sale nearby!

More and more people search for homes using mobile devices.  This is primarily because buyers do some driving around in neighborhoods before they actually preview homes for sale.  This makes it even easier to find info quickly, save your favorites, or contact us to schedule a showing that week.

What are you currently using to search for properties in Orlando?  Do you drive around looking at signs or search from your home computer?
