Who Says There’s Nothing To Do In Orlando – 27th Annual Winefest

Just a short drive from Downtown Orlando, you will find our own local winery Lakeridge Winery.  Located in Clermont, FL Lakeridge Winery first opened in 1989.  The native varieties of the red Noble, bronze Carlos and Welder Muscadines, along with Florida hybrid bunch grapes including Stover, Suwannee, and Blanc Du Bois are all grown at the 127-acre Lakeridge Winery Estate.  The Winery offers tours daily lasting about 45 minutes includes a brief audio-visual presentation, along with a guided walking tour of the facility, followed by the chance to experience a taste of Lakeridge’s unique premium wines.

The 27th Annual Winefest runs from February 10th – February 12th at the Winery.  Winefest will give you a chance to try pours from the previous year’s harvest.  There will also be local artists and crafters displaying their work.  On an outdoor stage they will have live music from artists like The Nightly Groove Band, The Ladyz & The Boys and Airtight.  The Wine & Cheese Bar located upstairs in the wine shop and will be open from 12P-5P Friday, Saturday and Sunday will also feature the wines as well as beers, more live music and lots of cheese.

Make your way to the Lakeridge Winery this weekend and enjoy the 27th Annual Winefest.
