As a graduate of the University of Central Florida and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Kathryn has both knowledge and expertise in selling and design. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, a degree in Residential Planning, designations in home staging and short sales. Her background in these design fields has advanced her ability to sell in the realm of residential real estate. As a native Floridian and resident of Downtown Orlando she understands the growing needs for homeowners in the Central Florida home market and specifically the Downtown market.
Kathryn loves to show all the City Beautiful has to offer, in addition to informing potential new residents about the fabulous developments on the horizon.
